Do buyers need to pay customs duties?

For EU/UnitedStates/Canada/Russia/Southeast Asia/United Kingdom,we provide free shipping and duty paid. You only need to pay according to the DDP price we quoted. No additional charges!

How long is the delivery time?

For stocks from our overseas warehouse, it takes about 3-5days; for stocks from our factory in China, it takes 30-60days. Due to the impact of the COVID, the shipping time may be extended

What should I do if the bike is damaged when I get it?

If you received a damaged bike, please contact us in time and we will provide you with repair tools or new replacement parts. If the bike does have a lethally functionally inferior nature, we can accept a return
