Yes. We manufacture private label delivery e-bikes through wholesale OEM / ODM and factory-direct orders, with custom colors, logos, design and packaging, as long as our OEM MOQ is met. For established customers, we also offer an expedited path from 3D design to finished e-cargo bikes.

We're glad to have you order a sample to check our quality and workmanship firsthand. Sample bikes are usually ready 3-4 weeks after we receive your full payment. You can also draw samples from our in-stock or upcoming inventory in China and our EU/US warehouses. That said, many of our customers start directly with a bulk order, which has proven very successful and saves them both time and money.

For a factory-direct wholesale OEM order from our China plant, we usually start from one 40ft HQ container, and you can mix models and colors in the same container. MOQ is typically 30 pcs per model/color. We also keep stock in China and EU/US warehouses—in-stock or incoming inventory has no MOQ.

For an OEM order that meets our MOQ, it generally takes about 60 days to get ready, though this may be longer or shorter depending on your order quantity and complexity. For example, if your order includes details that need to be custom-developed for you, the lead time may be longer; if the order is straightforward or avoids the peak season, it can be shorter.

Yes — food delivery is one of our best-developed use cases. The EU Courier 27.5" ships with an insulated food delivery box and rack as standard, meets the EU 25 km/h limit, and runs 31–60km per charge. For longer or multi-shift routes, the Dual Battery City 20" covers up to 80km, and the Long Range Cargo 20" (1440Wh, 100kg payload) reaches 80–120km. Large insulated boxes and catering loads fit our cargo trike platforms with up to 150kg payload. Battery packs can be configured swappable or fixed, and we can integrate racks, box mounts, and quick-release accessories in your OEM build.

For parcel and grocery delivery, start with cargo weight and box dimensions, then check access width, turning space, gradients and stops per shift. Compare a two-wheel courier with the TR02 or F20 R19 trike platforms where cargo layout is the priority. Confirm the model's load rating, battery setup and destination requirements, and test a sample on your working route before a bulk order.

For private label cargo e-bikes, send the destination country, intended use, quantity by model and color, launch date, and branding files.
