Question 1

How do you specify quality requirements for public sharing bicycles?

Accepted Answer

We agree the frame, components and inspection requirements around the selected bicycle and its intended use. Applicable standards and supporting documents depend on the model and destination market. Tell us where the fleet will operate so we can confirm the specification and relevant documentation before production.

Question 2

Do you accept OEM/ODM orders for public sharing bicycles?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can manufacture public sharing bicycles to your frame and component specification, colors, logo and packaging. OEM orders start at 30 pcs per model/color. For established customers, we offer a fast track from 3D design to the finished product.

Question 3

Can we order a bicycle sample before purchasing a fleet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sample bicycles normally take 3–4 weeks to prepare after full payment. You can also choose samples from available or incoming inventory in China and our EU/US warehouses, which can be faster. A sample lets you check fit, component selection and servicing needs before placing a fleet order.

Question 4

What is the minimum order quantity for a bicycle fleet?

Accepted Answer

For a factory-direct OEM order from our China plant, we normally start with one 40ft HQ container, and models and colors can be mixed in the same container. MOQ is typically 30 pcs per model/color. We also hold stock in China and EU/US warehouses — in-stock or incoming inventory has no MOQ.

Question 5

How long does production take for an OEM bicycle order?

Accepted Answer

For an OEM order that meets our MOQ, production generally takes about 60 days. It can run longer or shorter depending on order quantity and complexity — orders with details that must be custom-developed take longer, while simple orders or orders placed outside peak season can be faster. Orders from existing stock can be picked up immediately after payment.

Question 6

Do bicycle fleet buyers need to pay customs duties?

Accepted Answer

For the EU, United States, Canada, Russia, Southeast Asia and the United Kingdom we ship free of charge with duties paid — you only pay the DDP price we quote, with no additional charges.

Question 7

What should we do if a bicycle arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

Contact us as soon as you receive it. We supply repair tools or new replacement parts, and for a serious functional defect we accept a return.

Question 8

What should we include in a public bike sharing system cost estimate?

Accepted Answer

Plan for bicycles, locks, any docking or parking infrastructure, software and connectivity, then add installation, spare parts, maintenance and daily fleet operations. Fleet size and the chosen deployment model change the balance of these costs. Request an equipment quotation against a defined specification, and budget separately for local operating costs and any services outside the agreed supply scope.

Question 9

Are non-electric shared bicycles suitable for campuses and hotels?

Accepted Answer

They can suit short trips where rider effort, terrain and accessibility needs make a non-electric fleet practical. Campus links, hotel guest rentals and leisure routes need different frame, gearing and accessory choices. Share typical trip distances, parking arrangements and maintenance capacity so we can review the bicycle specification for your location.

Question 10

Can we add TXED bicycles to an existing bike sharing fleet?

Accepted Answer

For fleet expansion or a white label bike sharing system, share your current bicycle specification, lock type, docking setup and software provider. We can review a configuration for your brand and component needs. Lock fit, docking compatibility and platform integration must be confirmed for the selected equipment before you place a bulk order.
